- Fluent English and Spanish are essential, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with demanding clients in a calm and diplomatic manner.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks in a calm manner.
Excellent administration skills with ability to be very thorough, precise and accurate in all procedures.
Effective and proven organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
Resourceful, with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent working knowledge of Outlook.
Knowledge of Navision CRM system, or other CRM systems, would be an advantage.
This is a full time appointment and hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 18.00
