Job Description
  • Providing excellent Customer Service by liaising closely with yacht captains, engineers and managers by email, telephone and face to face.
  • Accurately administering and processing all documentation for each vessel relating to new sales, renewals, suspensions, upgrades, and billing issues.
  • Accurately entering, updating and processing all relevant information on data bases and systems.
  • Dealing with contracts and activation forms, ensuring that customers provide all the necessary information to activate the service.
  • Creating and sending mailshots to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers, ensuring attention to detail in all communication and documentation.
  • Working closely with internal and external engineers to ensure excellent support is provided to clients.
  • Providing sales support for colleagues when required.
  • Working closely with the finance department to ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Providing support to the Airtime team as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English and Spanish are essential, both spoken and written.
    Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
    Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with demanding clients in a calm and diplomatic manner.
    Proven ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks in a calm manner.
    Excellent administration skills with ability to be very thorough, precise and accurate in all procedures.
    Effective and proven organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
    Resourceful, with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
    Excellent working knowledge of Outlook.
    Knowledge of Navision CRM system, or other CRM systems, would be an advantage.
    This is a full time appointment and hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 18.00
