Structure
The e3 Group is managed centrally from the Head Office in Portals, Mallorca. We have Operations offices in Palma, Barcelona, Antigua and Malta. Our Malta office is a joint venture with Melita Marine Group. Our companies in France and Italy handle our telecoms contract business in those countries and our International Trade company runs all our international business.
Having fiscal locations in both the Caribbean and Europe allows us to transact business in USD or Euro to enable our clients to make the most out of exchange rate fluctuations.
Our regional Operations offices handle all local sales and operations for vessels in their immediate vicinity. The Head Office coordinates sales and service work in all other locations worldwide. Each Operations office has a branch manager who reports to the Sales and Operations directors at Head Office.
The Group Board of Directors are all based at the Head Office.
We also provide our services through our worldwide network of Partners.
We have a major implementation of MS Dynamics throughout all the companies to automate all our processes including CRM and ERP. Public, Partner and Client access is made available to our systems for sales, accounts, payments, commissions and technical support through this website.
