We and our Partners are located in most of the major super yacht locations of the world; we have our own presence in Palma and Barcelona in Spain, Antibes in France, Viareggio in Italy, Malta, Antigua and Fort Lauderdale in the USA.
Our companies in France, Italy and Antigua contract our telecoms business in those countries and our International Trade company runs all our international arising business.
Having fiscal locations in the USA, Caribbean and Europe allows us to transact business in USD or Euro to enable our clients to make the most out of exchange rate fluctuations.
Our regional Operations offices handle all local sales and operations, including local support, for vessels in their immediate vicinity. The Head Office coordinates sales and service work in all other locations worldwide. Each Operations office has a branch manager who reports to the Sales and Operations directors at Head Office.
We also provide our services through our worldwide network of Partners.
We have a major implementation of MS Dynamics throughout all the companies to automate all our processes including CRM and ERP. The e3 Head Office manages all central functions such as management, finance, marketing, quoting, buying and central support services.
We are, in turn, a member of grupoarbulu, together with Nautical (1969), a company focused on deep
-sea fishing vessels such as trawlers and tuna clippers; Crame (1931), a leader in the merchant and distribution sector focused on shipyards and offshore vessels; Marine Instruments (2003), a leader in manufacturing and focused on design and development; Aage Hempel (1927), a leader in merchant service and focused on 24/7 maritime service; SMD Telecommunications (1952), a leader in merchant installation and servicing of navigational and communication equipment on-board vessels in Africa.
Within the companies in grupoarbulu we have access to over 150 engineers from the Seychelles to Antigua and Panama to Palma.
The e3 Group has an Executive Board of Directors and a Group Management Board.
The e3 Group Management Board of Directors are all based at our Head Office in Portals Nous, Mallorca.
