It's all happening in Palma next week!

Palma de Mallorca will become the focus of some stunning events in the super yacht world from this weekend for the next week and e3 are involved with sponsoring all the events starting with the Yachting Pages Sunset Lounge event at the Moods Beach Club tonight Friday 18th for captains, managers and yachting professionals. We are pleased to be sponsoring this event for the first time and look forward to meeting friends and colleagues there tonight.  There will be a mojito bar, Cuban band, DK, flame show and  chicken and pork spit roast in the delightful setting.

Yachts are already arriving for the Super Yacht Cup with registration day on Wednesday. The Maltese Falcon is already here preparing for the event. Mirabella V was here and left yesterday, sadly not involved in the Cup this time.

On Monday and Tuesday the Future of Superyachts Conference is being held at the Nixe Palace Hotel. The speaker and delegate list gets more impressive each year in recognition of the quality of the conference and how seriously it is now being taken. The keynote presentation is being give by Vincenzo Poerio, Chief Executive, Benetti, followed by Jacqueline Lyne, Director of Edmiston Yacht Management and Ron Holland of Ron Holland Design to name but a few. Take a look at the Conference website.

e3's Roger Horner, Jeff Yorke and Diane Franklin will be present throughout the two days. Derik Wagner, Managing Director of Yachting for MTN Satellite Communications, our main VSAT service provider partner will also be present for the conference and then the Super Yacht Cup in the second half of the week.

MTN Satellite Communications are sponsors for the Super Yacht Cup and specifically for the Western themed party on Thursday evening at the Super Yacht Cup Village.  We will be present with MTN and together we will be illustrating the use of a new smaller VSAT antenna ideally suited to the smaller performance super sail yacht.

During the Super Yacht Cup we will always have someone from e3 on the MTN booth in the Village and various members of the e3 team will be found around all the events. Derik, from MTN, will have on his team Kerry Pettitt and Carolina Lazo. Please take the opportunity to talk to any of us during the event.

The end of the Cup prizegiving party is again at Es Baluard in Palma, a stunning location overlooking the harbour with the Redsocks playing again.  Last year's event was brilliant! Can they beat it this year?  Be there or be square!
