After the successful installation of an eVSAT Applications Platform we will provide ongoing support for as long as you want. We can provide:

• Telephone Support - Charged by the hour
• Remote Support - Charged by the hour 
• Emergency call-outs - Charged by the day plus expenses
• eVSAT Annual Support Contract - annual fee to include all the above components plus expenses

We can provide this on the antenna, below decks equipment and all the equipment used in the Applications.

We have engineers with their bags packed prepared to be called out at short notice from our various locations

We also have e3 Partners located around the world who will attend a call out if they are closer to the vessel.

No other company can provide this level of experience, attention to detail and support.
