Inmarsat Fleet 33, 55 & 77
Fleet F77 was the first, full-featured model in a family of new high-bandwidth IP-enabled global satellite systems at its launch in 1999. The Fleet product suite is the next generation of maritime satellite communications, having evolved from the highly successful Inmarsat A, B and M systems, but using much more lightweight stabilized antennas. 
In essence, Stratos Fleet F77 is a marine-enabled Inmarsat M4. It is an integrated service that allows you to choose from Mobile Packet Data (MPDS), ISDN, PSTN and low cost voice telephony. 
The Fleet family of products has now been largely superceded by the Fleet Broadband product range launched in 2008. However e3 systems still supports, maintains and manages the airtime contracts for these systems as many vessels use Fleet 77 to meet their GMDSS requirement. We are also very experienced in managing the transition from Fleet to Fleet Broadband for vessels that wish to upgrade.
