be found on many of the largest and most high profile yachts in the world, with a range of medical kits suitable for use on any size of craft from day-cruiser to super-yacht. Manufactured in England & the USA, using UK & US licensed equipment and medications in English, the kits are produced under our guidance by an established company that has supplied medical goods to merchant vessels for many years.
The directors of Ocean Medical International are practicing doctors. Dr. David Irons MB ChB MRCGP is the designer of the OMI Medical Kit System; an intelligent, easy to use method to aid medical situations at sea or away from medical attention. Dr. Ian Marshall MB BS FRCGP FRACGP has many years experience as an MCA Approved Doctor. Both are experienced in emergency medical care, particularly in situations away from professional medical care.
They have recently added the STS Lite telemedicine to their range of products & services.
OMI STS Lite
The OMI Safe Triage Systems Lite is a fully automated touch screen medical device with built in knowledge base, secure real time vital sign delivery and live connection to a 24/7 emergency medical centre.
e3 provide the quality communication services required to provide reliable communications from the vessel for the telemetry data, photo and video communications with the medical services ashore.
e3 will ensure the wireless communications, the communications gateway and the communication devices are in in place and suitable for the reliable communications required for medical services. We can also provide a portable communications device to be used in an emergency off the vessel, such as on the beach or if the vessel's main communication systems have been disabled for any reason.
