Service Level Agreement

This annual Service Level Agreement gives you peace of mind, at a fixed price, while we routinely perform health checks. The Agreement details the support provided to the vessel to include response and resolution times, support tiers and escalation, cover times, environments covered plus many other components.

The service under this Agreement is included in every new network and IT installation designed and installed by e3 for the first year.

Help Desk

The Help Desk is a resource intended to provide clients with information and support. The Helpdesk is manned between 08:00 to 22:00 CET 7 days per week and with Remote Monitoring 24/7.
