e3 is proud to be part of grupoarbulu – one of the world’s leading independent marine electronics groups – and to be able to offer its VSAT and 4G data solutions across the group.

As part of ongoing efforts to share skills across the Group and benefit from each company’s strengths, e3 recently signed an intercompany agreement with Aage Hempel – a leading commercial marine electronics service company. The agreement was signed at the e3 HQ by Roger Horner, Group MD at e3 and Ioannis Papaethymiou, Group MD, Aage Hempel Group.

With a lot to offer each other in terms of services and resources, e3 and Aage Hempel will be exploring opportunities to work together wherever possible. Initially we will be looking at offering our communication solutions including VSAT and 4G data into the commercial ship and ferry markets.

We are also looking at ways to reach similar agreements with the other companies in grupoarbulu.
