Support Licence Agreement

Total protection for your networks

Providing peace of mind, this agreement offers routine health checks and full-service support.

Each new network and IT installation designed and installed by e3 receives 12 months service cover under the Support Licence Agreement.

e3 will also offer support to any branded server class hardware system which is not a white-label product and is running current generation Microsoft Server operating systems.

Such a system will only be approved for support following successful completion of a pre-contract survey performed by e3 engineers.
