Fast, effective resolution of IT issues

Located in our Support Operations Centre, the Support Desk provides customers with expert service from our team of electronics and IT engineers.

All issues reported to the Support Desk will be logged and dealt with fast and effectively. 

The Support Desk is manned between 08:00 to 22:00 CET 7 days per week.
