Expert support whenever you need it

The Support Desk provides customers with expert support from our team of experienced engineers at our HQ – who also have remote access to all your vessel’s systems and networks.

Should a support issue require urgent attention, call the Support Desk and verbally log the issue as emergency or critical.

The Support Desk is manned between 08:00 to 22:00 CET 7 days per week.
